The beginning forces the viewer to question: was Brackenwood once Earth? What was the mysterious being that destroyed his species? Those questions simmer while our earlier questions about his origins and character are answered. Perfectly executed with music, and interestingly enough, narration. Change of pace, but a good one. I'm anticipating the next.

A good stress reliever or time waster. Quite versatile. Maybe you could let the explosives take out nearby structures?

The only problem would be the nightmare- how can we beat it if we can't even see our character in the first place? But besides that, an interesting story, good gameply. The best way to make yourself visible on Day 1 and beyond? Die. I know it sounds silly but it's really the only way.

Jump and kick around the rom, and when you need to rest, run to the opposite side. I'm not good at smashing windows- but if you time your jump right, you can kick them right into - and out of- it! :D
